Day 1

Today went really well. Ready for bed and watching The Voice!! I'm a tv junkie and our dvr needs to be cleaned out! (Dance Moms...) lol 

I'll break my day down how you all expect it from me... straight to the point. And the dreaded bathroom worries. Every person is different and some might not have to go right away. But I of course went 4 times today. You're welcome. Bathroom talk makes me nervous and uncomfortable. No "gotta shit cramps" either. Or sprinting to the bathroom.

Meal prep helped me this morning and I was able to do the routine I have made for myself when I do these cleanses. 

•5:30am wake up and shower 
•Drink pre made spark in blender bottle(made night before) after shower while blow drying, flat ironing and makeup. 
•take catalyst with spark

•go get your fiber drink on!! :(
- pour glass of water (8oz) 
- mix fiber packet and 8 oz of water in a blender bottle and shake well! DO NOT LET IT SETTLE!!! Drink with a straw fast. LoL trust me!!! Haha! Taste like sawdust to me... Gag

•drink the 8oz of water.

You're going to feel full. 

•packed my lunch and snacks for the day and water. Extra spark made for lunch time if needed or after lunch. 

•drove to work and had some good ole fruit infused detox water I prepped the night before. So fresh and yummy! 

•At work I heated up my oatmeal and egg muffin. 

• old fashion oats (not instant) 
Toppings
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- chopped almonds
- dehydrated strawberries 
- natural honey 

•spinach and egg muffin

•snack 
- apple with almond butter

• lunch •
-Baked chicken breast with Mrs. Dash seasoning. 
-sautéed spinach and cherry tomatoes 
- small spinach salad with almonds and dehydrated strawberries. 

• dinner •
- turkey burger (homemade- seasoned with Mrs. Dash)
-asparagus 
- omegaplex pill

*** I used lettuce leaves for my "bun" and avacado for my "cheese" ***

Dinner was so yummy!! All of it really was. I forgot how much better foot taste and how good I feel when eating clean. 

I hit my water goal for the day also. Yah! 

•Just took my herbal cleanse pills that came with the cleanse. Drinking a little more of my yummy orange infused water then bed time. 

Busted out my 50 squats also! April get ready I'm making you my bitch!

Woo hoo! You did have a good hair day too!! ;) ready to get my meal prep on later this week so I can start the cleanse this weekend or Monday. :)
